Warm water | Desired quantity |
Garlic | 4 pieces |
Grated cheese | 1/2 cup |
Corriander leaves | Handful |
Butter | 5 gms |
Method:
Mix the ingredients for the dough, the flour, warm water, yeast, salt, sugar and knead it into soft dough. Cover the dough and leave for two hours. After two hours, cut the dough into small portions and make balls. Roll them and place one spoon of garlic and cheese and cover the outer layer with corriander leaves. Heat the frying pan and fry the naan by adding butter until they turn to light brown colour. Cut into four and serve them hot.
