Method:
First soak rice, grated coconut for twenty minutes and grind it to a fine paste. Heat the oil in a wok, add mustard seeds, red chillies, jeera and Urid dal. Add water, salt and cut drumstick pieces and leave everything to cook until they become soft. Then add the coconut-rice paste and leave it on a very low flame for two to three minutes. Good when served hot with rice.
