Easy to make and a very healthy juice, an instant energy booster.

Pomegranate juice | 500 ml |
Lemonade | 250ml |
Lime | 1/4 piece |
Slices of lime | Your choice |
Mint leaves | Handful |
Pomegranate seeds | 2 table spoons |
Method:
Add half the quantity of the mint leaves and a quartered lime to a mixing bowl. Crush the contents in mixing bowl until the flavours are released. Add lemonade and pomegranate juice. Strain into serving glasses and refrigerate. Garnish with pomegranate seeds, lemon slices and also with the remaining quantity of the mint leaves. Good when served chill.
