Mint flavoured rice is an instant rice dish to serve with raitha. It is super easy to make, much easier than any other rice item. Enjoy cooking this dish!

Method:
Blend mint leaves, garlic, ginger, green chillies, onions to fine paste. Now take a rice cooker, add oil. After the oil is sufficiently hot add sliced onions, after they turn soft add cloves, cardamom, cumin seeds and mustard seeds. Now add the blended paste. Saute it for two minutes. Add water, salt and rice. Cover the lid and wait until it is done. Garnish with fried cashews and serve hot.
