Method:
Cook rice by adding two glasses of water and keep aside. Heat the oil in a wok, add chopped garlic and ginger, fry them. Add chopped vegetables and fry them for two to three minutes until they become soft. Sprinkle sugar, add soya sauce, vinegar and salt. Now add cooked rice to the mixture. Mix thoroughly the entire mixture for half a minute. At the end add spring onions and white pepper. It is good when served hot.
