For Tempering:

Mustard seeds | 1/2 table spoon |

Method
Take a large bowl, pour water, add salt, turmeric, sliced green chillies and corriander leaves. Let the contents in the bowl boil. Just before switching off the heat source add the tampering. Switch off the heat source and add lemon juice. Good when served piping hot.
